Straight facts, no fluff
I enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious and clean room with a large bed. The hotel is in a prime location, close to eateries and shops, yet it offers a quiet escape. Just a heads up, the incline to reach it can be steep. Would definitely stay again!

The steep hill leading to the hotel can be quite exhausting!!! The laundry facilities were lacking in efficiency, which made it frustrating to wait for cycles!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot, with a great location just minutes from the action of Tsim Sha Tsui. It was nice having our family dog with us, and we appreciated the spacious room that fit us all comfortably. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel at home.
My kids wished there were more activities for children, especially to keep them entertained while we relaxed. A small play area would be a great addition for families.

The staff was very attentive and friendly.
I was quite frustrated with my stay. The steep hill to get to the hotel was a real challenge, especially carrying luggage. Additionally, there was a misleading service charge added daily, which I didn't expect. Finally, I was disappointed to find there were no facilities to freshen up after checking out. this made our long day in the city uncomfortable.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored the bustling shopping areas and dined at local hotspots nearby. The cleanliness and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Just a short walk to Kowloon Park for a leisurely stroll, too. A great value for the price!
The only downside was the steep climb up to the hotel. It can be a bit tough, especially with luggage.

Service Highlights with a Side of Stairs
The staff was amazing, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location near dining and transport was a huge plus, allowing us easy city exploration.
The uphill trek to the hotel was grueling, especially with luggage. A little assistance during check-in would have made a significant difference in our arrival experience.

Great place for family with kids
We had a spacious Oak room that felt like a real upgrade. The hotel staff were super friendly and even stored our luggage before check-in, which made life easier!
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly worth it.

We really enjoyed the cozy Pine Double or Twin Room and the refreshing pool that was perfect after a long day. It's great to unwind in the lovely garden area and soak up some sun. Just a heads up, the steep road might be a bit of a workout if you have heavy luggage, so consider using the basement entrance. 😊

The location is convenient for accessing many
local attractions, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. However, we found the front desk staff a bit unhelpful during check-in, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that we would consider repeating.

missingWrote a review on Jun 12city viewsbreakfast buffetsteep slope
Rooms feature big windows offering decent city views, well-furnished with comfy bedding and clean amenities. The breakfast buffet flaunts a good mix of western and eastern dishes including waffles, eggs, and congee.
Getting in and out is a workout—especially with the hotel entrance on a steep slope, not ideal if you're carrying heavy luggage. Also, while they aim for eco-friendliness, the lack of complimentary water options in the heat of summer can be frustrating. No gym, microwave, or laundry services leaves some amenities feeling bare-bones.

Family with children will love it
I was impressed by the cleanliness and how friendly the staff was. The room had all the little things that mattered, like charging ports for our devices and complimentary water every day.
It wasn't exactly bargain-priced but manageable.

great exploring base near parks and attractions
I really enjoyed my stay, especially because the hotel is super close to Kowloon Park—just about a 500-meter stroll away—and the vibrant Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is also only a little over a kilometer away, perfect for evening walks by the waterfront. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making the experience even better.
